an enormous 6 BR/3 BA home three miles from the Vermont border, less than four hours from Boston! The
rental of this wonderful home includes our private beach, large dock and
canoe. Located on over 200 forested acres on 26 mile long Lake Memphremagog, the property contains miles of hiking, snowmobiling, and cross country ski
trails that wind through a mature maple forest and pass by a small trout
pond and a maple sugar house.
