Three miles from the northern edge of the beautiful
Northeast Kingdom of Vermont, the custom designed Hilltop
House sleeps 15 and offers a splendid view of the Green Mountains and 26
mile long Lake Memphremagog. The house is a
completely renovated, two-story, four-bedroom (nine beds), five-baths
structure with 5,000 square ft of modern living space, complete with
luxurious amenities.

 | Sleeps 15 in 4 bedrooms with 3 twins and 6 doubles
(no bunk beds, lofts, trundles, basement rooms or pull outs). |
| Huge Jacuzzi, steam shower, single jacuzzi, soaking
tub and shower in five separate bathrooms! |
| A fully equipped open kitchen: 5'x10' granite slab
island containing a second sink, a cutting block, a Jenair convection oven
and seating for six people. |

| A 20'x40' family room with a view of the lake. TV, VCR, Stereo, and
Nintendo 64 provided. |
| A four-sided stone fireplace opens to the family and dining rooms and
occupies the center of the first floor- its massive stonework extends the entire height of the house and continues to rise
through the cathedral ceiling and the roof. |
| Exquisite architecture and woodwork throughout the
house- including rounded archways, hand carved oak doors, dovetail
cabinets, and open design stairways. |
| Central vacuum system and washer dryer. |
| A wrap-around deck (on three sides of the house) and
